Grilled Fresh Tuna w/ Bean Salad

Ingredients
12 fillets - TUNA, SKIPJACK, FRESH, RAW
1-1/2 cup - CHICKPEAS, CANNED (GARBANZO)
1 cup - MUSHROOM, RAW, pieces or slices
1 cup - TOMATO, RED, RIPE(cherry tomato)
10 strips - YELLOW PEPPER, SWEET, RAW
1/4 cup - ONION, RAW, chopped
1/3 cup - ORANGE JUICE
3 tbsp - LIME JUICE, UNSWEETENED, canned or bottled
2 tbsp - OLIVE OIL, salad or cooking
1 tbsp - MUSTARD, PREPARED, DIJON
6 cups - BUTTERHEAD LETTUCE, RAW, includes Boston & Bibb types, shredded
Directions
Slice mushrooms and tomatoes. Chop pepper into strips. Chop onion.
Broil tuna steaks until fish is tender and flakes with a fork, about 5 minutes on each side.
While tuna is cooking, combine garbanzo beans, mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper, and onion in salad bowl. In separate container, mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, and mustard. Drizzle over the salad.
Spoon salad onto serving plates and top each with a tuna steak.
